			COMPANY PROFILE
			TheJEGroup! was established in 1989 to assist global job hunters with their career search assignments, arranging every interview for them, interview training, and cultural consultation for people who wish to live overseas in either Asia, Japan, or America. Since then, we have completed many career search assignments for people around the globe who were required to secure a great job with a company offering visa sponsorship.

		BACKGROUND
		Client has lived and worked in Tokyo, Japan for many years and wanted to relocate to New York City by the end of the year. However, Client had no local contacts in New York and no idea how to go about the job hunt for an overseas position. Client had difficulties trying to figure out how Client could obtain a working visa. Client was also a beginning English speaking professional, however never gave a presentation of herself in an interview overseas.

		SOLUTION
		TheJEGroup! first introduced Client to our local contacts in New York City that we already knew would be interested in meeting her and would offer visa sponsorship. We communicated directly to individual hiring managers of other businesses as well ~ to find out if Clients skill-set and experience was of interest to them. We distributed hundreds of resumes for Client to our contacts all over New York through our automated system and tracked the progress of interviews offered on a daily basis. We then met Client face to face to assist Client to interview [well]. We met Client every week until Client was confident to interview with CEO's, Presidents, or Hiring Managers. We also taught Client additional business English vocabulary for her interviews. TheJEGroup! then arranged every interview for client and Client also enjoyed learning what life is actually like in New York city as we talked about the culture in New York and what Client can expect working in a Manhattan office with real New Yorkers. The final outcome was that the Client met with our local contacts in New York City, received six job offers with a great salary, and in the end ~ Client's now working in Manhattan with a company who supports her working visa.
