Kimono's, Sushi, and Geisha's As the former marketing manager of an international company based in Seattle, Washington - my job took me all over the world to meet clients, learn new technologies, and deliver presentations. On my journey's, I've encountered many people who are now friends. As a matter of fact, I recently got married with a beautiful women I met while conducting business in Tokyo, Japan. Although I never actually lived in Japan for any real length of time - I knew that I would some day. I love the beautiful kimono's, authentic Geisha's, and the varieties of sushi. My wife Kumiko and I rented an apartment in Seattle, Washington after we got married. We found that the jobs are scarce and the crime rate abundant. Needless to say, lacking the desire to remain in Seattle, our hearts and minds were focused more and more on living in Japan. But how? Where would I work? Where would we live? Daunting questions that hung over my head like a black cloud. Then, my sister-in-law who lived in Tokyo - invited Kumiko and myself to her wedding. As you can imagine, we were on the first flight out of Seattle to Tokyo. As we witnessed the beautiful Japanese wedding ceremony, we began to crave a new life in Japan. We wanted to become real Tokyo-ites! Kumiko and I knew it was time for our days of living in a rut in Seattle was over. We needed to work on our move to Tokyo. It would be difficult and we shared our frustrations together on our flight over to Japan. To our great surprise, sitting next to us was Keiko Sato. A young and professional Japanese women who works at Japanese-Experts.com - a firm that actually helps people live and work in Japan. After getting to know more about Keiko and JE, she helped Kumiko and I evaluate our situation. She is a great help to those who wish to find employment or even housing in Japan. Ms. Keiko Sato made the process of moving, locating and securing a great job for both Kumiko and myself, and find affordable housing - easier than I imagined. With the advise we received from Keiko, we now live in Tokyo, Japan and recently bought our first house near Roppongi Hills. Now, when I look out my living room window and see beautiful kimono's or an authentic Geisha, or eat fresh sushi - I know I am home. And as we all know, there's no place like home. Steve
