Today's letter is from Jean Watanabe of Honolulu, Hawaii who writes in to ask a few questions. Here they are: ............................ September 25, 2006 Dear Michael, Aloha! Having read your BitFlips! for a long time and now, I realized that I want to live in Japan in 2007. But my questions to you are, why do I need to hire a Career Search Specialist or Job Hunting Consultant? In Hawaii when I need a job, I send my resumes and I have a job. It might take a few weeks or months - but I can do this on my own. Sincerely, Jean Watanabe Honolulu, Hawaii ................................. Dear Ms. Jean Watanabe, Good question, Jean! As you know, I lived in Hawaii myself for a number of years and I can tell you - I miss the cool blue surf and the beaches in Waikiki and Kailua. Anyway, here are the answers to your questions. First of all, Hawaii is not Japan. The methods and the culture are very much different. Hawaii is an Asian society of sorts, and has many Japanese nationals living and visiting there - However, Hawaii is not Japan. Hawaii is America - and enjoys the American culture and systems. In America, you can do just about anything your heart desires to land a job. But in Japan, it's a lot different. For instance, did you know that job hunters can only send resumes to companies and / or schools during certain times of the year? However, with JE - we can send your resume at anytime since we have the inside track to companies who know and trust us. In Japan, there is an entirely different way to do things. Contacts are important to do business in Japan, to find a job, and to even have friends and get married. Without the proper contacts, landing a job in Japan is almost impossible. But, once you have a contact like Japanese-Experts.com, your chances of landing a job are immense! So when you do hire a Career Search Specialist and Job Hunting Consultant, you get instant contacts that you can utilize to find a job. If you have a questions about Japan, Australia, or America in terms of the job hunt - send us a message > Click us up! Sincerely,
