Only after a JE consultant views your resume, a face to face or Skype meeting, e-mail, or telephone communication will be made in order to request additional information on your experience, skills, and background. After your JE consultant has determined that we can assist you, will we move forward with your assignment. Although we do our very best to assist every job hunter in the pursuit of living and working in Asia, Japan, or America, TheJEGroup! is selective in who we assist. If you wish to be considered, please send your resume for an evaluation.
(2.) New job search assignments: When TheJEGroup! receives and approves a request for a job search assignment for the Asian, Japanese, or American locations, our professional consultants go to work and hold an internal meeting to discuss the details to determine the best strategy for your personal requirements. We then contact you and advise you on the next steps and schedule weekly meetings with you, face-to-face or by utilizing Skype. Your professional consultant maintains constant communication with you every week, and offers to role-play with you to practice your interviewing skills until you feel confident and positive. We will also update you on the progress of setting up your interviews, and other services that is designed to assist you to gain the interviews you need to obtain the job you want.

The first meeting with your JE Career Search Consultant: TheJEGroup! meets with you in order to obtain additional and essential details that will allow your personal JE Career Consultant to research more accurately for suitable positions in either Asia, Japan, or America that you may be interested in.
